Returns 

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

Our return policy is 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork and attachments)

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by JKactivewear.

JKactivewear is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges  

If you need to exchange your same item for a different size, make sure your size is available first. You will be responsible/liable for shipping your item back.
